Capital Alliance is pleased to be awarded the development rights to deliver Revitalising Central Dandenong (RCD) in conjunction with Development Victoria – the statutory corporation responsible for undertaking urban renewal, property development and major projects on behalf of the Victorian government.
RCD is a key State Government urban renewal project located in the heart of Dandenong’s city centre – one of the fastest growth areas in the south east corridor of Metropolitan Melbourne.
Our drive and motivation is to deliver on a vision to create a ‘future place’ to live, work and play, through varied, mixed-uses in the urban environment that creates amenity, sense of place and socioeconomic uplift.
